The YODL Music Fan Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dang Entertainment, LLC d/b/a YODL Music (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Apple. 

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on Friday, September 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on October 19, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter as follows:

Method 1: App Participation (Standard & Bonus Entries)

1. Download the YODL Music app from the Apple App Store.
2. Create a Fan account within the app.
3. Make at least one (1) paid song request or gratuity in support of any YODL Artist or YODL sponsored Live Event within the app.
4. Take a screenshot of your request/gratuity from your in-app history (“See All Your Requests” link located on Home Screen for request/gratuity payment history).
5. Send the screenshot by direct message (DM) to @yodl_music on Instagram.
   

• Each qualifying paid transaction earns entries into the Promotion equal to the dollar amount spent (e.g., a $5 gratuity = 5 entries).

Unlimited entries allowed during the Promotion Period, provided each qualifying transaction screenshot is submitted by DM.

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without downloading the app or making a purchase, hand-print your name, email address, Instagram handle, and the words “YODL & WIN Fan Contest” on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than October 22, 2025. Each valid postcard counts as one (1) entry.
 

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a pair of concert tickets to a live music event selected and purchased by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: up to $300.

• Tickets are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses not included.
• No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
  
  

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours with full name, email, and mailing address to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail; technical failures of any kind; or unauthorized human intervention.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Apple, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Requests must be received within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
